Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has been recognized for her skills. Sagittarius. Born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's English as well as Scottish.
